After a greeat whisky dinner last year, we are delighted to invite you back to a very special evening in Luxembourg on Saturday 31 October, hosted by our Ambassador Alexis Maillet together with the culinary team of the Goeres Hotel Parc Belair.
Food is most often paired with wine, and it is less widely known that whisky makes an equally rewarding partner at the table — one that opens up a quite different and often surprising range of flavours. Having shared this experience with members in other countries and at our own venues, we felt Luxembourg deserved an evening of its own.
For this dinner we have selected a line-up of Society cask whiskies with three of our new Winter series whiskies! The chef and his team have built a bespoke menu around the character of each whisky. The result is an exclusive four-course menu, expertly paired, in which every dish is an experience and every combination a small discovery.
