Tasting Notes
The scent reminded us of a bouquet of white flowers which we attended to and took some of the slightly wilted flowers out of the bunch and replaced them with fresh ones. On the palate a thick texture of dark cherry granola bars and salted caramels with a lively pink grapefruit zing in the finish. After the addition of water, it became a white Belgian-style wheat beer garnished with an orange slice, while to taste the beer turned into wine, a Marlborough Chardonnay, with rich flavours of peach, dried figs and a warm spice, toasted oak notes and vanilla in the finish.
