Tasting Notes
Served with a glass of ice-cold riesling and a bowl of black cherries on a winter's morning, the Panellists sat on a frosted lawn. The palate was a glass of vanilla cola with a slice of pear, a pinch of mace and a spoon of crushed wild strawberries. We detected sweetness, rather than richness. Water handed us a fresh, glossy magazine covered in strawberry taffy, French perfume and kiwi. To taste, we enjoyed a cream bun with a glass of root beer, apple pie dusted with cinnamon, and blueberries.
