Tasting Notes
The first nose evokes a beach still abandoned in the morning sun where the sea spray brings the sweet scent of lime. Then on the palate come notes of beeswax, quickly overwhelmed by aromas of marshmallow or even butter cake to finish with peppermint. With a little water, the sea spray becomes fresher on the nose which then turns towards scents of red fruits. A black tea with a cloud of milk waters the palate to leave the field open to a fruit salad accompanied by its butter cake.
