Tasting Notes
We enjoyed the sense of balance on the neat nose with this one. Initial notes included yellow fruits, lightly sweetened cereals, freshly laundered linens and Chantilly cream with a sprig of elderflower. Water brought richer notes of pollen-heavy wildflowers, petrichor, greenhouses and cloudy cider. To taste, this one displayed an initial burst of sweetness with dessert wines, plum jam, Turkish delight and lemongrass. Water brought lemon curd, bubble-gum, fruit salad juices a touch of leaf mulch.
