Tasting Notes
A wonderfully inviting aroma of fresh incense, sticky toffee pudding and freshly baked wort bread. It is followed by spicy Indian masala chia (ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg). A rich syrupy flavour explosion of raisins and sultanas. It is like drinking a liquid English fruitcake with raisins and macerated raisins and almonds followed by wonderful waves of spiciness. With water the aroma becomes more accessible with notes of sweet white wine together with freshly baked scones with Västerbotten cheese and jam. The taste with water becomes a bit like a spicy and creamy berry cider that ends in a double espresso. Christmas has really come early this year.
