Tasting Notes
A big and generous aroma agreed the panel. We found initial notes of clotted cream and condensed milk with floral scents behind including pollen, daffodils and warm, summery forest vibes. Then wee touches of sandalwood and gorse. With water we noted pineapple syrup, white jelly beans, foam sweets and lemon cough drops. The palate opened with a slick of cooking oils, herb butter, white pepper, boiled orange sweets, mead and toasted nuts. Reduction brought out sweet malt extract, barley sugars, mango salsa, rose syrup, camphor and porridge with coconut shavings.
