Tasting Notes
We imagined sitting in an infinity hot tub with an endless view across Loch Indaal towards the North Atlantic Ocean. All around the pool, aromas of rose water combined with lavender and heather from burning wax candles. We were served juicy tropical fruits and yet to avoid spilling the smoky Pina Colada the waiter had to bow more. With a drop of water it becomes the epitome of peaty elegance, a bouquet of roses, smoked sweet and salty nori seaweed popcorn as well as puffed rice chocolate treats appeared. On the palate Turkish delight, caramelised pineapple cubes and choc-fondant cupcakes with roasted strawberry buttercream.
