Tasting Notes
A whisky with a thousand faces. The nose first takes us to a northern German garden, shortly after a summer rain shower. We enjoy a cup of Earl Gray in the shade of an old pear tree, surrounded by gooseberry bushes and wildflowers. On the table is Grandma’s apple pie with sprinkles and a glass of heather honey. Surprisingly dry on the palate, with a strong pinch of white pepper. It tingles on the tongue, we taste bitter herbs and a very dark men's chocolate.
