Delicate latticework

We noted a mellow floral aroma of cherry blossom and magnolia before fruits like peaches, mangoes and lychees appeared. A lovely neat fresh taste; a lemon bee pollen sorbet, with honeycomb meringue mango, papaya and Chantilly cream followed by a hint of rose petals and in the long finish candied ginger and Turkish delight. Following a drop of water, a fruity, floral and delicate perfumed scent developed, next to yoghurt coated raisins, peach yoghurt and linseed oil. On the palate now velvety, satin-like, fluffy lemon marzipan muffins and a green apple, cinnamon and coconut smoothie with an additional teaspoon of bee pollen.
