Tasting Notes
We found ourselves whisked away on a journey of citrus and cream. As the sails opened, so did the nose, with peach yogurt, foamy peach rings and waxed lemons, while freshly cut pineapple and a touch of sour cream added a crisp freshness. The palate set us on a course towards honey-drizzled porridge, apple slices and lemon bonbons, all wrapped in a silky sweetness. A splash of water encouraged all hands on deck to fully appreciate delicious notes of satsuma jelly, pisco sours and buttery milk chocolate biscuits. The finish then lingered in the ship's wake, leaving a trail of lemon drizzle cake, fennel pollen, and a whisper of bitter lemon and gin. A perfectly balanced farewell to this fruity adventure.
