The panel was met with a bouquet of fruity sweetness ranging from ripening apples and pears over orange slices and peach cobbler to a classic banana split ice cream and peach Melba sundae. The flavours neat followed seamlessly; lime fruit pastilles, strawberry pink marshmallows, hazelnut paste, white chocolate, millionaire’s shortbread and a baked Alaska combining brownies and mint chocolate chip ice cream. After the addition of a drop of water, sheer elegance with a delicate sweet fruity perfumed scent while on the palate now incredibly well balanced, runny honey, almond paste and minted melon with vanilla granita and citrus yoghurt – a truly memorable and impressive treat!
