Tasting Notes
We meandered through a candle shop, our noses homing in on lime and basil as we walked past peaches rolled in breadcrumbs, and mojito slushies. To taste, sugar snap peas, vanilla pods and baby carrots decorated a key lime pie. Returning to the nose, we found a bag of jelly babies, a pot of raspberry jam and cucumber dusted with nutmeg shavings. The Panel suggested pairing this with a Mediterranean tonic water.
